Pre-Service Inspection

Documented and agreed upon before any work begins.

Before we touch a pressure washer, we walk the work area with you and document everything we see. Pre-existing damage gets photographed and recorded. Add-on requests get listed and quoted. You sign off, we get to work — and there are no surprises on either side when we're done.

Why we do this: Transparency is a core operating standard at Curb Appeal Co. This inspection record protects you (you have a documented before-state) and protects us (we're not on the hook for damage that was already there).

What we document

The inspection form

Below is a preview of the form we fill out together on-site. We'll complete it on a tablet during the walkthrough, and a copy is sent to you and kept in our records.

Preview: this form is shown for transparency. The fields aren't fillable here — they're completed in person during the on-site walkthrough.

Pre-Existing Conditions

Check every item you observe at or near the work area. We document these so they're not blamed on the wash.

Surface (the area being washed)

Adjacent structures

Fixtures & landscaping

Multiple photos OK. Phone-camera quality is fine. JPG, PNG, or HEIC.

Customer Add-On Requests

Anything you'd like us to address while we're on site that wasn't part of the original quote? List it here. We'll quote each add-on before starting it — nothing gets done without your OK.

Customer Agreement

What happens during the inspection

  1. We walk the work area together and complete the form above.
  2. You and Curb Appeal Co. both receive a copy of the completed inspection record.
  3. If we documented add-on requests, you'll get pricing on them before any extra work starts.
  4. We perform the agreed-upon service.
  5. After the job, we'll share after-photos so you can see the result against the documented before-state.
