These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at curbappealnh.com (the "Site"), operated by Coastal Home and Property, LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company, doing business as Curb Appeal Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Note: These Terms govern your use of our website. The actual pressure washing services we perform are governed by a separate Service Agreement that is signed by each customer before work begins.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any connected systems
Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or copy the Site
Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site

Quote Requests Are Not Contracts

Submitting a quote request through the Site does not create a contract between you and us. It is an invitation for us to provide you with a free estimate. Any work we agree to perform will be documented in a separate written Service Agreement signed by both parties before the work begins. Pricing shown on the Site is an estimate only and is subject to confirmation based on the specific conditions of your property.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is the property of Coastal Home and Property, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission, except that you may temporarily store pages in your browser's cache for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
